IGS scoops top accolade at Made in Scotland Awards

IGS’s commitment to innovative technology development has been recognised at the 5th annual Made in Scotland Awards, hosted by Scottish Business Insider.

IGS’s commitment to innovative technology development has been recognised at the 5th annual Made in Scotland Awards, hosted by Scottish Business Insider. During the virtual award ceremony, held on the 10th June 2021, IGS was awarded Best New Product before going on to take home the overall Made in Scotland Award, having been selected from amongst all the evening’s winners.

The awards celebrated some of Scotland’s smartest thinking and most innovative businesses, including AI-enabled washbasin inventors Angel Guard and the developers of a video-based wellness content management system, Frog Systems.

Scottish Business Insider hosted the awards in partnership with the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS) to celebrate the creativity and innovation Scotland has to offer. Finalists came from a broad spectrum of sectors, including engineering, technology, and food and drink.
