Customer support
We pride ourselves on having delighted customers. Our dedicated team is on-hand 24/7, 365 days a year. This gives growers the peace of mind and support they need to succeed.
Utilising both remote troubleshooting and on-site engineers, we’re here to solve any potential issues in a timely manner, following standard reporting procedures to meet service level agreements.
Maintenance (hardware & software)
As with all industrial equipment, regular maintenance is key to getting the most from your technology. We provide biannual maintenance to help guarantee high quality operations, with as few interruptions as possible.
Our software is continuously improved and maintained by our in-house team of programmers and engineers. This helps, provide the features and functionality needed to grow great crops. We implement iterative updates to ensure it our software is both secure, and delivering the best possible experience for growers. Because of this, our customers have granular control over nearly every aspect of the system and can take full advantage of it.


Deployment
Our deployment team ensures your Growth Towers are deployed in a simple and straightforward manner. Our turnkey service helps install and commission Growth Towers, collaborating with third parties and ensuring the area and utilities are ready for construction. Once everything is ready, we work closely with your team to ensure a seamless handover.
Product training
We work alongside each of our customers, teaching them how to use our technology and operating procedures, as well as implementing best practices for smooth operation. Learning how to safely and effectively utilise IGS software and equipment is vital for successful growers.
This training is a core component for every customer (covering both hardware and software), and can be delivered both on-site and remotely via our team of experts.

Hypercare
We offer a bespoke Hypercare service for customers seeking additional support as soon as operations begin. This service is available to select IGS customers, providing on-site assistance from a team of experts right through to the first harvest.
Hypercare is available for customers who are deploying at scale and want to benefit from additional resources in the early stages of their operations.
Crop consultancy and recipe development
Not every customer has the expertise or desire to conduct research and trials for crop recipes, so we offer a dedicated Crop Consultancy and Recipe Development Service to assist them. This ranges from desk studies, to trialling designs and developing bespoke growth recipes. This helps customers achieve higher yields and throughput, faster growth times, and to produce crops to specific specifications for offtakers.
