Though my degree was in Fine and Applied Arts, my background was predominantly in events management for 15 years. I then took my first proactive career changing decision to study software at CodeClan and have been working in the industry ever since. So working for an innovative vertical farming company seems like a perfect progression. Originally from South of Glasgow, I now live in the Scottish Borders with my husband and two kids. I have found an unexpected passion in running, locations for which I am spoilt for choice, and when indoors I love crafting and even a little bookbinding.
