South African born and raised, I decided to take a gap year at the end of school and went to London... fast forward 18+ years and I'm still in the UK, all but 6 months, of that time, has been in Scotland. I fell in love with this beautiful country and also with a Scotsman! We have 2 daughters together and I also gained a step-daughter. We recently added to the family by getting a dog, another girl! My husband is truly outnumbered in this house! We love to go on family walks or cycles and try to get weekends away in our touring caravan whenever we can to escape to the great outdoors.
