Nick Bennett
I grew up for the most part in Devon (via Aberdeen and Leicester) and studied Biology at Bath, briefly working at Intas pharmaceuticals before moving to Edinburgh to study for a PhD working with liquorice cambial meristematic cell cultures. I gained a passion for plants and the environment from my parents, though it took me well past my teenage years to appreciate it. So working for a vertical farming company seems like a perfect fit. In my spare time, you can generally find me outside in one capacity or another and I am hoping that my move to Dundee will open up different Munros in the day trip range.
